Light the Night Walk raised over $620,000!!!
Thank you to all those who had made donations and supported the walkers and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
This event is a 5km walk that brings communities all across Canada together to help and provide hope to people battling blood cancers. We literally have an opportunity to look up into the glass windows of the Sick Kids Hospital where many of the kids stricken with these illneses look out at us with their parents, as we walk with lit balloons to show we care, and that there is hope for them and many others. Carrying illuminated balloons, - white for survivors, red for supporters and gold in memory of loved ones lost to cancer.
